BPC welcomes youth in every aspect of the church! It is our goal to provide kids with a safe, positive environment, where they can be the kids God created them to be. That’s why we offer opportunities for them to think, laugh, play, discover, imagine, and marvel, alongside volunteers who have undergone background checks and have been trained in our policies designed to keep kids safe.

Sunday School begins in the fall and continues until school lets out. All kids, from preschool through high school, are encouraged to attend.

Sunday School for kids ages 3 through fifth grade begins at 10:00am each Sunday. Junior and Senior high school students are welcome to join us as well, spending time in fellowship and fun together on Sunday morning, and meeting for their Sunday School lessons during our Midweek program, on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:30. Bettendorf Presbyterian Church is currently on a journey through the Believe curriculum together. That means that the children are learning the same thing as their parents are learning in their own Small Groups and worship services.

Each week the students explore how to Think, Act, and Be like Jesus, and they are provided with a family sheet to bring home, so that the entire family can continue to learn and build a deeper relationship with Jesus together!

We encourage parents to take an active role in Sunday School, because we believe the greatest influence on a child’s spiritual development is their own parents.
