Administrative Assistant
Bettendorf, IA
Our church is seeking a friendly and organized individual to serve as a part-time administrative assistant. This position provides office support to the pastor and church leadership and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for members and visitors.
Hours: Approximately 15 -20 hours per week in a great environment at $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities include preparing bulletins, answering phones, maintaining the church calendar, managing email communications and assisting with church business.
Qualified candidates should have strong organizational and computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Suite, etc.), and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
