Where Is BPC Located?
We’re located at 1200 Middle Rd. in Bettendorf, IA. We’re on the Northeast corner of I-74 and Middle Rd.
When Are Services?

Join us every Sunday at 9am for a traditional worship service filled with the sacred sounds of the organ and hymns. At 10:45am, immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of our modern service, featuring a dynamic praise band.

No matter your personal style, we have a worship experience that will uplift your spirit and draw you closer to God.

What are Worship Services Like?

When you join us at Bettendorf Presbyterian Church for our services, you can expect a vibrant and uplifting worship experience. Each week, we come together to sing songs of praise, pray together, read scripture, and listen to inspiring sermons. Our aim is to create a space of passionate engagement and meaningful worship.

At BPC, we value the teachings of Jesus. It is through Christ that we come to know God, and we find hope and salvation in Him. Everything we do in worship and in mission is focused on honoring our Lord, Jesus Christ. We also strive for relevance, actively seeking to reach and meet the needs of people from all generations and backgrounds.

Where Do My Kids Go?
Kids are welcome at BPC!  We believe that the best way for our children to learn to worship is by being in the worship service with their families, so feel free to have kids attend with you.  We have kid’s activity bags available near the entry doors with coloring activities and fidget items.  We understand that you might want to have a little time for yourselves, so for kids ages 5 and under we also offer a nursery staffed by volunteers.

During the school year we offer Sunday school for kids ages preK-5th grade during the 10am hour (between services).

What Should I Wear?

We want you to feel comfortable. We are just happy that you are joining us for worship! We want you to be able to focus on worship rather than what you are wearing. During the summertime, it is common for people to wear shorts and t-shirts. Of course, you can wear your “Sunday Best” if you so choose to.

What About Offerings?

We’re more concerned about your heart than your checkbook.  It’s totally up to you if you wish to give.   We don’t hold a formal “pass the plates” offering, but rather have boxes available near the sanctuary doors for you to place your offering if you wish to do so.

Should you choose to become a member of BPC we would love for you to prayerfully consider giving to the church to further our ministry and mission.

Is There Hearing Assistance?

For those who need assistance due to impaired hearing, we have special hearing devices that you can pick up.  Just let an usher or staff know you would like one. Please note, our headphones are over-the-ear style, so they may not work with hearing aids.

What Is Your Mission Statement?

At Bettendorf Presbyterian Church, we are committed to serving our community and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone. We believe in the power of inclusivity, welcoming all individuals regardless of their background or current circumstances. Our mission statement, ‘Love All, Serve All,’ reflects our dedication to embodying Christ’s teachings by extending love and compassion to all of His children. Whether you’re seeking purpose, hope, or salvation, you’ll find a warm and accepting community at BPC. Join us on this spiritual journey of love and service!

What Do You Believe?

We believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.

We believe that through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection He demonstrates how it is we are to live: Loving others, sharing in community, seeking justice, and honoring God, the Father.  In this act of sacrificial love, we recognize the gift of grace and forgiveness we have been given.  We are given a secure hope in the grace of God in Jesus Christ, a hope that, by the power of the Holy Spirit, empowers us to live lives of gratitude and thanksgiving.

We believe the words of the Apostle’s Creed:

I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting. Amen.

BPC is a PCUSA church.
