HEAR YE, HEAR YE! YOUR PRESENCE IS REQUESTED AT THE NORTH CASTLE!

At Bettendorf Presbyterian Church’s Knight’s of North Castle VBS, kids will become brave Knights on a noble mission, to search for and put on the armor of God. Knights will learn to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of God’s power.

Each quest will begin by opening the King’s Book. The Knights will explore Old and New Testament stories and discover different pieces of protective armor- the Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Justice, the Shoes of Peace, the Shield of Faith, and the Helmet of Salvation- at work in the lives of familiar Bible characters, and explore how that armor works in their own lives as they follow and serve God.

Help kids take up the gauntlet this summer and accept the challenge to “armor up” and be strong by remaining with God and sharing God’s love in a world that needs it more than ever.
We will host a free dinner every night for the kids and volunteers at 5:30 as we armor up for our mission. Knights will then journey with their troop through their stations: the Knight’s Tales, Camelot Crafts, Tournament Training, Noble Missions, Medieval Melodies, Swords of Science and the Jolly Dragon Tavern.

All kids who are 4 years old and in preschool (and potty trained) through kids who have completed 5th grade are invited to join us on our quest at Knights of North Castle! We are also in need of some brave youth and fearless adult leaders to help train and equip the Knights.

“Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power”- Ephesians 6:10

We hope you will join us for this journey of a lifetime, from July 12-16, 5:30-8:30 PM, at BPC.

There will also be a VBS Celebration on July 19 beginning @ 11 AM for all Knights and their families.

**We will continue to monitor and follow CDC restrictions and guidelines. As of now, we are planning to continue on as scheduled with VBS and will have it if it is safe to do so. Please check back here or on our church Facebook (Bettendorf Presbyterian Church) for updates on VBS relating to COVID-19.
