Honorary Life Membership in Presbyterian Women at the national level (Presbyterian Church USA) is the highest award a woman in PW can receive. This award is conferred upon an individual woman from our congregation each year in recognition of faithful service and dedication in one or more areas of our church’s ministry. Each year the B.P.C. PW awards this honor in May, at the Mother/Daughter banquet. The recipient receives a pin, plaque and recognition. For many women who give so much to our church, this might be the only time they are recognized. Whether this is a woman who is behind the scenes or in front of everyone – we want your nominations.

All nominations are considered and should be received by March 15, 2010.

- April
Junk In My Trunk sale of donated items from the trunks of vehicles. Held the last Saturday in April from 8:00 AM noon.
- May
Mother-Daughter Banquet, first Sunday evening in May, at BPC. The Honorary Life Membership award is presented at this event.
- July
Summer Coffee, second Saturday morning in July.
- Fall
Trivia Night, held in Fellowship Hall.

Christmas Brunch and Cookie Walk, first Saturday morning in December at 9:30 AM.

- Charis Circle
CHARIS: Greek, meaning Grace -- God's undeserved love and favor. This circle meets the second Thursday of the month, 7:00 p.m. at various members' homes.
- Friendship Circle
Friends supporting others and one another. This circle meets the third Thursday of the month, 12:00 (sack lunch) 1:00 (meeting), at various members' homes.
- Lydia Circle
A congenial group of caring women. This circle meets the third Wednesday of the month, 9:30 AM. at various members' homes.
- Mary/Martha Circle
A group of women who meet to study the Bible, grow in discipleship and enjoy fun and fellowship. This circle meets the fourth Tuesday of the month, 7:00 PM at various members' homes.
- Hannah Circle - Visit Us Online
A group of moms that meet for fellowship and Bible Study on the 4th Saturday of the month. We all have children; which range in age from newborns thru High School. This group of moms meets monthly (September through May) for conversation, laughs and a study or reflection prepared by our members. We take turns with leadership on a Bible Study or Book study -- covering various topics. We strive to keep the meeting at a one hour length. When we meet at the church we provide childcare. We go out to dinner for pure fellowship two times a year -- November and May. We are always open to women who would like to join us. Contact Marie Winder or Karri Mart.
