About the Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee is to act as the liaison between the congregation, boards, committees, and the staff of the church to manage personnel matters and promote positive relationships among all concerned.

The committee membership is limited to representatives from each committee that has the potential for paid staff: One member from the congregation at-large, the church treasurer or a representative from the Stewardship and Finance committee, and two members from Session. The church pastor is an ex-officio member of the committee. Currently the committees represented are: Children's Ministries, Property, and Worship.
