About the Membership Committee
The purpose of the Membership Committee is to nurture and develop our congregation as a Christian community. We do this by providing the framework for new members to join and become active in the life of the Church, encourage participation by present members in worship and by providing fellowship groups and functions.
The Gilded Pages Book Discussion Group meets every fourth Monday of every month(unless calendar/events precludes a specific date from being appropriate) at 7:00 PM usually in the home of one of the members for the purposes of learning about what others are reading, and, for discussing a pre-selected book to gain insight into different author viewpoints, and to expand and stretch each member's reading experience. Members need only to have a love for books and reading and a desire for fun, food, and fellowship. The books are chosen either by group consensus or by the discussion leader.
